Guantanamo is the only known torture prison used by the three letter agencies. Truth is that America have those prisons allover the world, it takes years or even decades before most countries even notice that such prison exist in their country, at which point CIA is already many steps ahead, moving the prisoners to another facility.

Ever since 9/11 Americans have arbitrary been classified as terrorists and flown allover the world to various active and inactive US bases were these torture prisons exist.
