Actually they are pretty easy to tell apart. Koreans have lighter hair, smooth and pale skin, Japs have pitch black hair, not entirely pale skin, ChinX (_See if you get this_) have round faces and are generally more squat.
Apart from East-Asians, the Europeans are also easy to tell apart: Nordics from Slavs, Celts from Mediterraneans etc., You might have difficulty telling a Belgian from a German or a Swede from a Fin apart, bet a people as a whole - absolutely!
And even Africans: bulb-head Somalis, from long-leg Ethiopians from gorilla-like Congolese... the list goes on...

Yes, but it's not easy, and not always obvious. I personally struggle to tell niggers apart for example. Or Arabs, chinks, etc. I can identify jews well though.
Niggers? I don't care. (I just wanted to highlight that niggers are not a different race, but a species)
