Some employers are complaining about Gen-Z.

Let me tell you what is wrong with Gen-Z.

Absolutely nothing.

They know that they can make more money doing their own thing on TikTok and facebook. It's not worth it to show up to a 9-5 that pays minimum wage.

Gen-Z has checked out of the rat-race, and I don't think it's a problem.

Any Gen-Z that wants to learn everything I know about raising goats (and I don't know that much) is more than welcome to pick my brain. There's plenty of opportunities out there for homesteaders and farmers nowadays.

Yes. That's a major factor in this H1B debate. The Tech Lords are claiming that it's Indians who have the hungry, ambitious mindset that young Americans are leaving. But that's really just praising the bucket of crabs for being "go-getters".
