Some employers are complaining about Gen-Z.

Let me tell you what is wrong with Gen-Z.

Absolutely nothing.

They know that they can make more money doing their own thing on TikTok and facebook. It's not worth it to show up to a 9-5 that pays minimum wage.

Gen-Z has checked out of the rat-race, and I don't think it's a problem.

Any Gen-Z that wants to learn everything I know about raising goats (and I don't know that much) is more than welcome to pick my brain. There's plenty of opportunities out there for homesteaders and farmers nowadays.

The fact is I am surprised at how many joe schmoes are making a living off of advertising revenue from YouTube. You don't have to be Mr. Beast. I calculate around 100k subscribers plus advertising deals should be enough to live in rural USA for the rest of your life. There are people who have more subscribers than that talking about random stuff that no one but a few people care about.
