Aside from that, pajeets are at best of mediocre competency (you know, the "talent" America so desperately needs to absorb), but generally of low competency. But what they have is an attitude of obedience and submissiveness, so they play along the token diversity which is put on the pedestal for virtue signal. They do not turn on you, they don't do anything fancy, they don't get bored from being useless all day.
The virtue signal is also necessary to appease money bags, which is especially valuable if the company is doing NOTHING new for ages. At least they can say they filled their company with shitskins and are closer to God now.
Tesla at least is pivoting from growth mode to management mode of their assets. Takes a lot less engineering skill to manage a process than to design it.
So what he’s after is being able to betray the engineers that figured it all out and made it work. Say there’s 4. He’s going to fire 3 and bring in six pajeets and have one white engineer tard wrangle the other 6.
