Also, I don't think it's Luigi, I think the real guy got away with it. Luigi is the "don't do this, we'll find you" warning. But I don't think it's him at all.

He got away clean for 5 days, then went to McDonald's with the murder weapon, a full manifesto, a similar back pack and similar but different clothes, and sat there for 30 mins while "working".

It makes absolutely no sense.
