It's nothing to do BECAUSE of race..it just so happens that certain races HAVE incompatible people with the US.

If Indians were normal thinking, higher IQ and did not all have the "rip off your neighbor" mentality and live in steaming piles of shit then they could possibly live compatibly with Americans. But they don't, so they can't.
