If you’re going to go with the “high IQ” argument.
Then fucking enslave Japan. Or the Germans. Those two countries alone have enough high skilled engineers to do whatever the fuck we want by an IQ metric.

Not defending Elon but I think he's saying he wants smart genius immigrants. H1B visas are not smart immigrants. We have a program for genius visas called O-1 or EB-1 visas.
