“Ban sex toys… but only male sex toys” - I promise you, there is not a man alive who would prefer a sex toy to a nice, sweet, feminine, average looking girl who genuinely likes him. The question you ought to ask is if there are enough girls like that to go around.
100% of women who want a family (and are still young enough) achieve that goal. There is no shortage of men for those women to choose from. Increasing the number of men for them to choose from, by changing men’s behavior, doesn’t increase the number of families.

As long as hivemind thinking is not opposed by males, through males, women will never change. On average, obviously. Rare ones may differ, but the bulk will never.
