Are "indians" ( - native Americans) US citizens ? Or were ?
Same situation,except much better treatment - Russians were not putting them in "reserves".
And before USA and Saudis started it Russian Islam were quite separated from those arabic radical extremist shit. CIA and Saudis in Chechenya did terrible job.
By nature Russian muslims without those batshit crazy arabs influence are normal people.
Most of Russian muslims are in fact Asians who were islamised centuries ago and had less clue about arab Islam than Anglican church had about orthodoxy in Russia in XIX century.
