The last one was said to be German. But he was literally retarded. He allowed a pervert monk Rasputin, who had orgies, probably a Jew, to become his mentor. It's not a coincidence that the 1917 Jewish revolution happened with him. Also, Rasputin means slutty in Russian.

There was a huge fad with occultism in the European (and by extension, Russian) nobility right before the turn of the past century, which is probably what ended up weakening the Christian fabric of the west to the point jews were able to seize power. Freaks like Crowley were also running rampant, and they were being entertained by those in power (though it was the Axis who began to purge these occultists from society, Mussolini kicked Crowley out of Sicily, thankfully)
