It was a sit down type restaurant. I ordered a sandwich assuming it would also come with chips and maybe a pickle.

Nope.

Just a sad, tiny sandwich for $15.

Disappointed, but not surprised.

Lol, no. A decent sized New York steak at the local supermarket costs about $15, and the same size ribeye will be over $20.
