Because I think he had a personal reason to take that CEO out, some medical condition they refused to cover.
He should have just posted autistic ramblings on the internet instead. That's what I would've done.
Well If I would want to kill some CEO - I don't tell I ever would so fuck off FBI, polish ABW and all other suckers - I would at least take care I wouldn't get caught after it. And after they would claim they neutralised me by taking some poor idiot instead to jail I would definitely strike again. Because you know - one dead bastard is much less than thousands of them not sleeping well and being afraid they can be next if they wouldn't behave - isn't it ?
I've always pondered why political assassination attempts are exceptionally rare in modern times.
We know there are millions of people who blame all of their problems on a handful of politicians, or sometimes on just a single one. And we know there are millions of people who have given up on their life and are willing to kill, and even go as far as to kill *someone* over their problems. But, somehow, there is rarely any overlap between these groups.
It just doesn't make much sense. Obviously the highest level of people in power have constant security, but even this is simply not impervious. They're still living human lives, guarded by humans. And the people just beneath the highest level often have maybe a single body guard, often times nothing. How much security do you think the governor of your state has?
We know there are millions of people who blame all of their problems on a handful of politicians, or sometimes on just a single one. And we know there are millions of people who have given up on their life and are willing to kill, and even go as far as to kill *someone* over their problems. But, somehow, there is rarely any overlap between these groups.

Certainly individual terror whose purpose is just to kill somebody changes nothing. You can kill 1 CEO or manager, you get some on his/her place.
Using terror as a weapon of psychological warfare can be better in theory - but in practice mostly it causes normies to despise particular idea, especially if your enemy would blame you of targetting normie Joe and Jane Doe. So even if you are freedom fighter called terrorist by them you risk that even if you are not harming poor Joe and Jane - they will do it instead of you and blame you.
Look at arabs. Definitely most of them are freedom fighters believing in getting rid of the western influence and jews (but also some are really radical islamist expansionists too) because they would live according to their holy book - and is quran retarded and evil or not ( XD ) it is another story. Thing is by indiscriminate targetting and doing terror attacks they made their position worse than if they would simply do nothing and would be waiting like lambs for the slaughter. As it would take more time and effort to "justify" killing them and their families by jews and their "american" footstools
