Its also evidence they arent the actual Jews, who mainly spoke Aramaic, Greek, and Latin after Hebrew was relegated to liturgical status. One would assume they would still be speaking those language instead of some deviant form of German, considering Germany is pretty far away from where the Jews actually lived. Its not like cars, trains, and long range boats invented in the time Judea was sacked by the romans either, so even if they did survive, they wouldnt have gotten very far away from the Roman empire
