That being said, it is not uncommon or surprising for mass killers to be exempt from clemency that others get.
For example, supreme court says that criminals under 18 can not be sentenced to life or death.
Despite that fact, there are numerous "people" who will serve life regardless.
15 year old jew kills his parents and shoots up a school? 111 years.
Nigger who killed his whole family at age 17? Life without parole.
Nigger sniper from 2002? Life.
Oh well.
Sucks to be an american tax payer, having to pay for all these niggers and jews forever.
