It's not a "learning disability." Niggers have low intelligence which bars them from learning, which bars them from literacy. Be it writing, thinking, art, technology, science, math. Unable to do ANY of it.

It's a learning disability if you have the cognitive capacity to learn, but *somehow* unable to do so. To list all the things niggers cannot do and label them disabilities is silly, because then 100% of dogs and cats would be considered retarded.
