I actually used to give this org money every month; I like the idea of being able to set up field hospitals quickly through a private org instead of reluing on the likes of FEMA (and they used to operate in NA/Europe).
I stopped giving because of this exact issue. They'll stand by and watch some African warlord cutting arms of kids and just treat them because "we don't want to get political", but then they turn right around and shit on Europeans trying to stop these dummies from trying illegal sea crossing on rafts made from empty milk jugs.
Now I realize that all charity is a scam and, if I want to help someone, there are plenty of people in my own neighbourhood.
