It's not "fucking pointless" to those who hold those rights.

A lawsuit like that would kill OpenAI's contract with Apple to replace/ supplement Siri. Dude was definitely deleted.

Yeah, that's happening now. MS Word and other apps are already learning our phrasing, word use and syntax structures. All the words we type here, in our phones, email, etc. They're using all of that data to recognize your "voice" online.
