Not in a stupid way, just 95% correct, but the remaining 5% is hilariously incorrect. Like the clothes in this case, most Germans at the time would have only ever seen negroes during Berlin Olympics in 1936 were the negroes were dressed up like White people. Can't blame the Germans for getting that detail wrong.
To this day you can ask anyone in Europe to describe America and American culture, most people you ask will be ~95% correct but get significant details wrong. Americans love to point out those errors, instead of being impressed over how much non-Americans actually knows about America.
It's an interesting phenomena, and some jewish programming goes into this too. If people argue over those insignificant details, nobody notices the main point, which in this case is an otherwise very accurate prediction of negroes living in a White country, among Whites and is treated like humans, even tho they're a different species.
