Kind of? But excusably so.

The romans let their territories mostly govern themselves with their own local leaders. The jews were the people of judea. Rome was, essentially, told by the jews that the Christians were practically the ancient version of ISIS and that they were plotting to kill and rape everyone. The romans, given that this method worked everywhere else, took it at face value and enforced the law based off of what the people of the land were telling them.

The roman authorities started shitting themselves when Christianity started becoming popular in Rome because, to their knowledge, it was an extremist, anti Roman religion, because their knowledge of it came from the jews.

A pagan roman probably had absolutely no idea whatsoever otherwise. They had already long since despised jews by this point, but the only knowledge of Christianity they had was from the jews.

Nowadays? You can literally open a Bible and see the truth for yourself. There's absolutely no excuse for supporting Israel or believing any word that comes from the mouth of a jew today

They weren't really zogbots. They hated jews and hated Christians because they thought they were even more extremist jews.
