He was pro-white, but he also didnt hate other races and could widely described as pro-nationalist in general. He didnt seem all that fond of the browner races, but didnt hate them and probably assumed they would slowly civilize, if German propaganda depicting blacks wearing fancy clothing and taking over the US and France is any indicator.
