My only issue with this is that some areas have retarded reasons for putting people on the list, like public urination. I hope he was checking what they were actually on the list for and not killing randos just for the lols, especially when false accusations from women are a thing.
Either way, he probably got at least one actual pederast, so his sentence should be mitigated, though he might actually be more useful on the inside of a prison, where he will give pedoes the sentence they actually deserve that the jewstice system refuses to issue.
