Those nostrils are a little wide. Southern Japan (Okinawan, Ryukyuan) maybe. If not then my second pick would be Filipino.

Not impossible. After watching the video fully, I'd change my bets to say this is a lot more likely to be a Filipino, I know what Filipinos look like.

I know the lower class japs can get pretty dark (ok, maybe more like native american tan), but something does look off with that one.
