Suno does claim the rights to the song you create, unless you pay for it. We actually do pay the $10 monthly fees ourselves, so we own our songs.
That being said, if you are only promulgating songs online, and not charging money for them, the worst they can do is just to ask you to remove the songs (and that's only if they find out you made them using Suno somehow).
