True. I almost got robbed by one a few years ago. It's better to avoid black neighborhoods but if you must go into one don't carry too much cash because they'll steal your money and use it to buy drugs. Also practice situational awareness and try to keep away from blacks. The good news is they are very loud in public so you'll know when they're coming.
