yeah. but Sao Palo is a safer area as it's one of the only mostly white cities in Brazil (besides the Southern sector of the nation which is very white). not by chance, Sao Palo is also the location of Brazil's aerospace company, Embraer, which makes many of the smaller single-isle jets for commercial airlines. mostly regional carriers.

This is what I've been saying for years now. You can already see it in some cities. There have been multiple times I've seen liveleak-tier videos that I think are from Brazil and then shockingly find out it's the US or Europe.
