Not sure how much of this I believe, basically saying America is the same as South America on average.
South Africa would only report data from majority White communities, just like the US. Both countries also have a lot of negroes roaming around freely. You're also very isolated in America, many places were a negro can get into and rape a woman without anyone ever finding out about it. A lot of women don't report rapes, it requires witnesses, people in the area noticing, or a police patrol walking in and arresting the nigger with his pants down literally.

As each country counts differently, this map is useless. Countries who doesn't wanna look bad may report lower numbers, while countries that takes the problem seriously may over report. Shithole countries doesn't collect stats at all, in India you get raped again if you go to the police to report a rape.
