In white societies, we could have families with 10, 12, 20 kids NO PROBLEM. Because each of the children is a blessing and a help. More kids means more hands on the farm, more hands to spin thread and weave cloth, more hands to wash dishes, chop wood, cook and clean. People who had multiple kids were wealthier than others because they could get more done with less effort.
We SHOULD BE reproducing at an astounding rate. We have the technology. Women should be getting married at 18 or 19, having a kid each year, and then when they become sterile at 40 or 45, getting their daughters to do the same. We SHOULD have families of 20+ kids, easy, because we understand nutrition and health and how to grow healthy food now.
Each of our kids will grow into successful well-established adults, able to raise their own families under similar if not better circumstances, etc for all generations. We already have housing problems... in Germany the population density is very high, and higher population means a combination of even denser cities or deforestation. As if it is right now, it's barely possible to buy a house in Germany unless you are filthy rich. Not "just" rich. So how long do you think a population growth like that is sustainable? Forever? 2 generations? 1 generation? 1 max, and it comes with a large palette of problems. Of these 20 children how many will be able to afford their own home? 1 or 2 maybe.

Yes, the cities are crowded. The rural areas are empty. People have been leaving rural areas and moving to the city for a very long time now. It didn't use to be this way. The cities used to be empty and the farms were full of people.
Housing prices are ridiculously high because you expect someone else to build your house and protect your land for you. You have allowed other people to rule you for too long, to set the rules that you must live by, to dictate to you what is acceptable and what is not. Europe didn't use to be this way. The nobility used to exist to protect and serve and support the poor. Your governors used to establish peace and order, not destroy it.
