Sure you can. I can still find land for less than $2500 per acre.

If you want to buy land with a big house with electricity, septic and all the modern luxuries then you will have to pay a premium.

But if you were to get land and develop it YOURSELF? The potential is unlimited.

I bet I could help you cut your budget now and increase your monthly savings.

Land is usually the cheapest part. Running utilities to the middle of the woods, then building the house is what costs alot.

I have no problem affording what you see in the picture. I’m talking generally about how the average joe can’t anymore.
