Context since I’ve seen this video. The black man is the most muscular chef alive and is the head chef of the White House. For some reason he’s very popular overseas in East Asia and is treated as a cooking celebrity over there.
This was a sort of meet and greet with several Korean women and this one Japanese woman who’s pictured. They got to ask him questions and go to try some of his fresh cooking on set. The Japanese woman pictured was enamored with him and was like a big golden retriever of a personality. She said he looked like her favorite anime character who also happens to be an exaggeratedly muscular black man. She’s super hot, it’s a shame she has a fetish for black men.
