In church, I was taught that the prosperity gospel that Kenneth Copeland preaches is wrong so I can't "name it and claim it" when it comes to some things God says but apparently Genesis 12:3 is a literal promise regardless of context or circumstances.
I just want to know when blessing Israel with cash and weapons will pay off for us?

If you want an actual answer to "God blesses those who bless you and curses those who curse you", that promise wasnt given to Abraham's physical descendants, but rather to this Spiritual descendants in the Catholic Church.
