Don’t discourage people, this is not helpful. These orgs are not as good and efficient as you think they are. They’re not omnipotent, hell they’re barely effective considering how many resources they have at their disposal.
Any organization requires white males to be effective. Lie and cheat to get in if you have to. Hide your power level and don’t be a retard and you will outmaneuver these stupid boons and spics they love to hire. Get your trusted friends and family in, don’t be a retard. This is one step in the right direction for all of us.
