Because it would have. That is why places like Harrison, AK work so well (until the nogs discovered it anyway). It is possible to build a low-income community that are fiercely loyal for each other and don't take kindly to outsiders. Because when you live in an area like that, where the houses actually have air and yards between them, you want to get to know who your neighbors are. Not long after, you're having cookouts with them and end up loving them like they were your own family. If something happens to them or vice versa, the other party takes charge and looks after them.
The jews pushed city-dwelling on the masses because they wanted to destroy that. Living in a big block with 50 - 100 other people, most of whom you never see, on a street where 500 others are crammed like rats in a sewer. And if you get jeets or shitbull owners living above or around you, you aren't ever having a normal sleeping pattern ever again.
