the author looks based and his other national editor too, about the jewish editor, what else can be said, there was a guy posting about some other jap based book, that stuff can be easily translate with OpenAI, it does an extraordinary good job, I've tested it with early, mid 20thC Japanese stuff, I am amazed what it can do with such a distant language, it does an even better job than some official translations, I looked for both books, but there's no ebook, so can't be done, the other editor looks to be mega based, writes stuff about corona bullshit, bigpharma, fasting benefits, Jewishness in Meiji era where the start of westernization started.

I use this website https://app.immersivetranslate.com/ its very straightforward, there's free translations services available, but honestly the pay ones are much better OpenAI, Gemini, Claude; although OpenAI is the one I use, I haven't test the others, images are definitely tricky even more if its a scan from a physical book, there's a pdf pro option maybe it can get it done, look at the Kobo website https://www.kobo.com/jp/ja if you are lucky and find the book published there, with Calibre you can remove the DRM from your EPUB file and then with Immersive Translate you get your translation done within seconds.
