Finders cult, NXIVM, Epstein, Weinstein, Jimmy Saville... We have plenty of examples. Pizza gate is not unusual.

I think some of the details are fake or exaggerated to muddy the waters. Far more likely the elites ritually murder the kids once they're too old to interest the clients than for adrenochrome or some shit.
