God doesn't, but Jesus did. That's how Jesus was able to ride his velociraptor to work. If you don't have a foreskin, then you chafe too much riding the raptor. It's why the Jews wanted Jesus dead... because he could ride his raptor to work and they couldn't.

Technically the biological part of us is an animal, but different from animals proper we possess Reason. "Animal" just means flesh-creature, which definitely includes humans, but I get what you are saying. Humans are unique creatures that are both animal and spirit.
