Best I don't know, but high on the chart. Lot's of natural ingredients, taste good and is good for you, just as God intended.

Great! What would be the best? Steak with french fries and salad? And then raw milk?
Afaik eggs are the most complete aliment as they have almost everything, and milk is on par with that - hence I add cheese.
I heard that celery is rich in K and helps to keep the blood clean.
And I think that honey is also very healthy.

And I combine these with workout, long walks, nofap and prayers to God!

I'd also do grounding and sun bathing, but it's cold af and there is no sunlight at the moment.

Nah, this is good. Just needs some variation. Add grated cabbage, sweet potato and similar. Fry in coconut or olive oil in a cast iron pan.

Eggs can be included in every meal, in one way or another.

For salad, skip the actual salad which is just the green leafs hanging from the roof with no nutrients in it. Use grated or cut cabbage, sweet potato and beetroot and chop up an orange, sounds weird but that's a great salad.

Use garlic instead of processed spices, fry meat with garlic, pressed garlic, or garlic butter. Some variation or mix it as you want.

Now with such combination of fruit and vegetables, all that's missing is a piece of meat and fish. Once again, aim for variation but use anything non processed. Fry it, throw it into the oven, put it on the grill with plenty of garlic and a reasonable amount of salt and you'll have the perfect food for every meal of the day.

What's ironic is how this food is not only a lot healthier than slop, but also cheaper and in many cases faster to make.

Ain't that bad. I've seen much worse. Look at the vegan food.. like at their meat balls.. made of stuff.
And it's healthy!

their fake meat makes no sense

they can literally slice up a Portobello mushroom and gain all the protein from that (those mushrooms are big and meaty) the other alternative would be shit made from legumes, i.e Lentil "tofu" or Chickpea "Tofu"

the synthetic goyslop manufactured by jews (i.e Beyond Goyslop) is literally just condensed goyslop oil and fillers into a patty that tastes nothing like an actual burger

Is that some type of processed ham? Not as good as pure meat but still much better than any processed carbs.

Yeah, but it's still good ham. Mostly meat ,like 90%. And the rest ain't that bad.. some additives and preservatives.
