And don't take Canadian healthcare system(s) as a model, it's not working properly.

Well it worked sort-of properly in Quebec before mass migration ruined everything. Up untill the 1990's you could walk into a clinic and wait to see the doctor on that day.

Now you need to call the dedicated line or fill an online form, for a nurse to call you back in 0 to 2 days, to get an urgent appointment in 1 to 3 days.

So usually 2.5 to 5 days wait for a problem rated ''see doctor within 24hours'' or ''48 hours''. And the government and media tell us our Emergency Rooms waiting times are the worst of the developped world ''because people don't use first line services correctly''

There is no proper ''first line services'' for urgent care that isn't bad enough for a 911+ambulance.
