I don't expect those to be implemented on a larger scale anytime soon so i am left with my seething hatred every time i go outside and the ugly, cold and narrow colored, offensively bright and cheap abominations hit my retina.
I am not exaggerating when i say these completely ruined Christmas for me.
And it's not just Christmas, they've been replacing all incandescent city lights with these shits and it feels like you're in a fucking 24/7 hospital.
The human brain and eyes are not wired for this, the circadian rhythm is used to cold (blue) light in early morning (sunrise) and with warm (yellow-orange) light in the evening. Blue light is cocaine for your brain. Natural light is also never on such a narrow spectrum.
As a sidenote, a shoutout to f.lux which is free and can fix your computer monitor. Newer versions of windows have this function somewhat integrated and so do newer versions of android and apple.
