This is on the same level as "White people are born with tails" bullshit that niggers spread. All humans can blush. 30 seconds on an image search will show you people of many races blushing.

It’s blood flowing into the cheeks creating redness, it’s just less visible the darker someone’s skin is. Their cheeks still heat up all the same you just have a harder time seeing it.
