This woman is living the "soft girl" life, living off his money and doing whatever she wants. Its a financial arrangement with no reciprocity, there is no shared responsibility without kids or a household to manage. This is a business deal, rather than a traditional partnership. She is not fulfilling her end of the traditional relationship: they are not married, and they have no children.
The reason women stayed home wasnt for an easy time, it was to raise kids and manage the house.
