No need to look very deep : The clinical trials used a different product than the wide distribution ( so it could be scaled for the volumes desired ). The method for replicating the mRNA was different for mass-production, and caused massive DNA contamination in the serums of the world-wide distribution.

No that the clinical trials' glowing results are reliable, but the stuff they shipped worldwide was definetly more poisonous.
