Alao, Russia is not letting that happen as they're supporting the Assad government. Coincidentally all that happens when the Ukraine campaign goes down the drain.
This would take a full paper to explain the reasons. But if I had to summarize today's problem is war. Politicians in the west are doing the best to formerly start WW3 and profit from our suffering. From all of its enemies the strongest is Russia as they proved by winning the first match in Ukraine. For that reason I believe they reinforced their efforts against Syria because they could count on Turkey and Israel to help them out. Remember, the west has been occupying almost half of syrua for years. When that theater is lost like Ukraine I think the war will move back into European grounds with gloves off. So to answer your question Russia is doing that to defend itself by the means of a proxy war much the same way the west attacked Russia using Ukraine as a proxy. Talking about the kike situation, remember that every big conflict we had in the west in the past decades was fueled by the Rothschild Bank on all sides.

Kuwait was a justified war on the part of Iraq.
Kuwaiti oil companies were slant drilling into Iraqi oil fields.
During the Iran-Iraq war, Ayatollah Khomeini wanted to take the middle east. Kuwait gave Iraq money for stopping Iran. Kuwait slant drilling into Iraq made paying back that money a problem. The invasion of Kuwait was the response to the theft of Iraqi resources.
Saddam initially welcomed the Iranian Revolution, Iran never warmed up with Iraq though. Immediately upon seizing power, Khomeini called for Iraqis to launch an Islamic jihad. Saddam, either not knowing this or believing he could befriend them in spite of this, offered his fill support to Iran but was completely ignored.
So Iran was calling for Islamic revolution in Iraq and stoking the fire. Ironically, Israel supported Iran in this moment (gee I wonder why), so Iraq invaded Iran. It ended up being a stalemate because Israel sold billions of dollars worth of high grade American shit to Iran (even though at this time Iraq was an American ally, but nobody ever talks about this)

On the 12th anniversary of beginning of the protests of Syrian Revolution, Bashar al-Assad held a meeting with Vladimir Putin during an official visit to Russia. In a televised broadcast with Putin, Assad defended Russia's "special military operation" as a war against "neo-Nazis and old Nazis" of Ukraine.
The funniest part is, US is also funding the same terrorists.
