What are your thoughts on Trump possibly annexing Canada in the next few years? If his tariffs are enough to bring Canada’s economy to its knees, it might actually have to join the Union just to not totally collapse.

Honestly, that will never happen in my lifetime. With all the constitutional ties, etc... And if it does happen, it would need to be divided up, not just one big land mass. Too many liberal idiots up here, would totally destroy your Republican party forever.

Now, if you ask me, sure I'll join. Can't get any worse. I'm already seriously thinking about my retirement plans outside of Canukistan, and that's like 9 more years to go.

I work in an office right in the middle of Toronto, hate this place more and more every year.

Oh it certainly wouldn’t just be one big state, that’s crazy. Would likely just be the same lines on the map, but with a new flag with extra stars on it flying overhead.

If Trump is serious about Canada and Greenland, we might see a redrawing and division of a few state lines in the mainland 48 states as well.

Like if the US goes from the 3rd largest to the 1st largest country on earth, fuck it, might as well redo some state lines too.
