I'm worried that the sign tap thing is the plan; that all the signs of the pendulum swinging back are actually just tactical retreats to that serve the interests of the war on whites.

But I'm optimistic because I don't think that will work. It won't be as easy as putting white guys in commercials again to get the masses to go along with 2000's-style neocon propaganda. Trust in institutions will take a lot longer to recover, people are deeply interested in war, and people are a lot more aware of the reality of the slippery slope. A simple transactional compromise isn't going to end the revolt, because people understand that that's how we got here.

And even for the Israel question, and the Trump admin's explicit support for them, that's not going to hold the weight it once might have. Younger generations don't have boomers's fervor for protecting Jews. Unfortunately for the Jews, that's as much driven by apathy as anything else, which is a lot harder for them to fix.

What I see happening is that the the new administration will do all these things that benefit America, like tearing down corrupt institutions. Jews are going to quietly seethe because that's their true power structure. The administration's actual support for Israel will come in the form of promises that would be perfectly sensible for a true ally, and will be limited by lack of populist support for anything extreme. Basically, he'll naively take their superficial requests for support literally, while gutting the mechanisms they actually need to advance their shadowy agenda. This won't be intentional on Trump's part. He just thinks Corruption=Bad, Jews=Good, and in acting accordingly, he'll do a lot more damage to Jewish interests than he helps them.

That's my optimistic take.
