The word "synagogue" is associated with judaism - not exactly a huge leap to draw a star of david when prompted with "synagogue" and "symbol".

Diffusion models aren't all that sophisticated about things like that. It sees the word "synagogue", "satan", and "symbol", and draws the symbols associated with the former two words.
