Any sin can be defeated by The Lord if one truly repents, if a homosexual recognizes his degeneracy, fights against it and actively seeks to cure himself of it, I see no harm in his membership in an organization, as long as his brothers actively hold him to the proper standard.

But if a homosexual does not recognize his sin, if he acts on his unnatural urges, tries to convince others that it is normal, then he must NOT be allowed to associate with any organization that holds itself to any standard of righteousness or tradition.
