I mean, Anton Mesmer (a pioneer of hypnosis and the origin of "mesmerize") had a very similar concept centuries prior. Instead of "orgone energy" it was "animal magnetism" and Mesmer stored it in special barrels.

The place where carbon meets conductive metals, you can retain spiritual energy. Call it whatever you want, but some of us have the spiritual sensitivity to actually experiment with this plane of phenomena... and orgone devices work as advertised.
