Intelligent stand up comedians have left Russia to avoid the draft. Those who didn't, can only joke about retarded sex and relationships junk. One of the few intelligent who didn't left, said in an interview that he has to show his new monologues to a team of lawyers before concerts, to not get arrested.
This is pretty crazy.
