The opium fund has been shut down by the Taliban and with cheap fentynal all over the US, where is the CIA and other military industrial complex agencies getting money to fund off book operations?

Some physical money has to exist, otherwise boomers and anyone who understands the importance of physical currency would probably crank the noticing into overdrive.
